A document can be singed by multiple parties. There is no limit on the number of signers on a given document.

We provide full signature fields which include the full name, email address, date signed and IP address. We also support initial and text fields.

Yes! You can use a MS Word document and by simply converting it to a PDF. You can easily convert most types of documents to PDF format from the print dialogue and choose Print to PDF.

Yes, FormHippo Signatures includes a fully interactive form field editor as part of the PDF viewer. So you can add text boxes, check boxes, radio buttons, drop downs and more to your PDFs.
